In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Eddie, you'll learn how to put together three crowd-pleasing vegetarian dishes using high-quality ingredients for the perfect plant-based meal.
Begin with crispy cauliflower, Parmesan aioli and sweet chili sauce, followed by spiraling zucchini into noodles to be served with beet "meat" balls surrounded by a basil-tomato stew and sweet potato bisque. For dessert, you'll whip up a French favorite for dessert with an American twist: chocolate chip cookie soufflé.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
