In this hands-on class with Chef Andy, you will learn how to prepare a three-course Italian menu by using fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the time-saving magic of a pressure cooker.

Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a simple mixed green salad with fresh Parmesan and homemade Italian dressing, pillowy handcrafted potato gnocchi bathed in a savory red sauce made entirely in the pressure cooker, and a restaurant-worthy instant chocolate pot de creme for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I hosted the class at my house with 5 of my friends. Chef Andy and Chef Nan were wonderful instructors. They are so nice and fun. We all had a fantastic time and learned cool new things to make. Highly recommend!!!
