In this hands-on class, Chef Kisha will teach you how to take an already magical experience to the next level by employing creative ways to use zero proof drinks to enhance your meal.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include an invigorating grapefruit and ginger spritzer, a marinated and perfectly seared salmon entrée, sautéed garlic shrimp, a refreshing raspberry mojito, homemade ladyfingers with white chocolate Bavarian cream and raspberry sauce for dessert, and more!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After eight years in the medical field, Chef Kisha decided it just wasn't for her. Two years after completing Stratford University's dual program of advanced culinary arts and hospitality management she started her own personal chef and dessert designer business. Chef Kisha enjoys teaching and spreading her love for desserts and laughter, and the kitchen is a great place to create and learn. She has competed in various competitions to showcase her culinary skills and talent, and has won many awards.
