Then, dive into learning how to make homemade gumbo brimming with shrimp, chicken and beef as Chef Santiago details New Orleans' culinary history. For dessert, craft beignets from scratch topped with sweet powdered sugar.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
