If you're looking for a way to reset your digestion and optimize physical health, Ayurvedic eating can help. Ayurvedic cuisine relies on wholesome, fulfilling meals designed to satisfy both taste and nutrition.
In this hands-on class, Ched Radhika will teach you how to make six different Ayurvedic dishes, starting with a cinnamon and rice pudding. Then, learn how to make a comforting mung bean, vegetable and rice stew as well as a savory potato curry accompanied by crispy cauliflower and chickpea patties. Finish up with a shot of spiced turmeric milk.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
