You will start with two fresh and healthy spins on classic savory dishes that are very common in Chinese cuisine. Begin by crafting homemade vegetable and lettuce wraps served with hoisin sauce. Then, you will make cauliflower and chicken fried rice prepared with eggs and an abundance of vegetables, and finish your meal by learning techniques to bake homemade fortune cookies.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
