Cooking Class - Basics of Chinese Cooking
In this hands-on class with Chef Jeffrey, you will learn how to prepare an array of Chinese recipes using simple ingredients and basic techniques that, when combined, bring forth the incredible flavors that are essential to Chinese cuisine.
You'll begin by weaving together both the familiar and the exotic by learning how to prepare a classic moo shu chicken dish served with Chinese black rice, which turns a beautifully silky dark indigo color when cooked. You can also look forward to handcrafting your own shrimp potstickers and homemade fortune cookies!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
