This sushi-making class with Chef Kevin is perfect for those who have some basic experience but want to improve their sushi skills.
You will learn traditional techniques used by professional sushi chefs, including curing, marinating and perfectly slicing your fish. Then, prepare a variety of seaweed rolls and delicate nigiri. Your sushi will be made using a combination of tuna, salmon and crab. Once you've created your sushi, Chef Kevin will teach you the appropriate way to eat it according to Japanese customs and tradition.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had the most spectacular time with Chef Kevin. We took the Yakitori class to celebrate my birthday. Chef Kevin showed up exactly on time and ready to go. We learned so much from him about traditional Yakitori and the food was to die for!! He also made a traditional rice dish that we tried to make ourselves only 2 days later because we were already craving it. I couldn't recommend this experience enough!! One of those truly classic "New York" experiences. We're going to book his Sushi Class again the next time my family is in town because they will love this!
