This sushi-making class with Chef Kevin is perfect for those who have some basic experience but want to improve their sushi skills.
You will learn traditional techniques used by professional sushi chefs, including curing, marinating and perfectly slicing your fish. Then, prepare a variety of seaweed rolls and delicate nigiri. Your sushi will be made using a combination of tuna, salmon and crab. Once you've created your sushi, Chef Kevin will teach you the appropriate way to eat it according to Japanese customs and tradition.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
