In this Japanese cooking class with Chef Kevin, you will learn how to cook a whole chicken, and use every part of it, including spicing the bird and cooking it before transforming the chicken into eight different types of yakitori skewers.
You will also use the chicken to prepare a traditional Japanese egg and rice dish that is very popular in Japan. For dessert, Chef Kevin will teach you how to make a Japanese-inspired crème brûlée infused with a unique variety of green tea.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
