Cooking Class - Seasonal Parisian Bistro Fare
Chef Edgar will show you how to produce this simple but elegant bistro meal at home using high-quality ingredients and traditional French cooking methods.
Start with hummus and olives on herbed pita bread, then learn how to layer a salad of winter greens tossed with blue cheese, gorgonzola, dried cranberries and pepitas. For your main dish, you'll marinate then sear tuna and serve it on a bed of cilantro couscous and roasted squash. For dessert, enjoy grilled brioche with sugared berries for a real treat.
