In this hands-on class, Chef Shinya will show you how to combine Korean cuisine and a keto lifestyle to create a well-balanced dinner you'll want to make time and time again.

Learn how to make a hearty stew with grass-fed beef short ribs and discover keto-friendly Korean banchans, a series of side dishes, including quick-method kimchi with cabbage, spinach namul with umami-laden sesame oil, savory pancake with scallions and blended keto rice and an incredible dipping sauce you'll want to eat with a spoon!
