Cooking Class - West Coast Italian

Absolutely phenomenal and divine experience! There is no way you'd get this kind of attentive service, quality of food, and ease anywhere else! Adam was throughly professional and personable throughout the entire process from initial discussion to final serving of the meal. I'd give his responsiveness a 5, his menu creation (we had dietary restrictions- no dairy and some pregnant people that had other constraints) a 5, the food a 5 (no dish disappointed ..anyone! My favs were the octopus and dessert), his presentation a 5, service a 5, friendliness a 5, and completion of the job from setup to cleanup a 5. We couldn't be luckier to randomly find someone and put blind faith in to. He is willing to work with you, your budget, and had many options for cuisine! It just so happened what he first presented was exactly what we wanted for the dinner we were hosting. Don't hesitate, don't shop around, just go with Adam.

Chef Adam catered a dinner for my bachelorette party of 15. I appreciated his prompt communication and timeliness, submitting payments was easy, and most memorable was our delicious meal! Our food was delivered hot, fresh and enjoyed by every one of us and we even had leftovers, yum. I would happily work with him again!!

For my mom's surprise bday we hired Chef Adam for a three-course dinner. It was truly a night we will never forgot, especially our tastebuds! The main course was a puff pastry Beef Wellington which was to die for! Much better than any top steakhouse and the best part it was all within our home. Chef Adam is such a friendly, charismatic and warm guy. He fit right in to the celebration vibe and let us ask as many questions about his cooking process. He also gave us great cooking tips! I can't thank Chef Adam enough. We are already thinking of the next celebration night with him.

Worked with Chef Adam for my dad's surprise 60th birthday party. The entire process was organized and timely and easy to communicate my ideas and expectations with him. The entire party went without any hiccups and food was absolutely delicious. Will definitely recommend him for other events and dinner party needs. One of the biggest things I wanted to pull of was a cheese/hummus/ fruit and veggie station and he was able to execute exactly what I wanted.

The class was super fun! Chef Adam was very informative, helpful and supportive. The 2 kinds of dumplings we made were so delicious and we ended up taking quite a few home with us. Class was rad, Chef was rad, we had a blast and would def recommend!

We had a great time making dumplings with Chef Crisafulli! It felt like he was there to assist rather than do it all for us which help us learn the process. He had also expedited the chopping process so the class didn't end super late. We got to take home a print out of the recipes we made so we didn't have to remember it all or write it down. We had a great time and ate TONS of dumplings

Chef Adam was absolutely awesome. He's a totally down to Earth, humble, kind guy who was willing to answer all of our random questions about when he used to work in Vegas to his favorite Los Angeles eating spots today. I would definitely take his class again no matter what the food is, just because his style of teaching is so excellent and entertaining. Highly, highly recommend his classes
