In this hands-on class with Chef Kathy, you will learn how to prepare a three-course dinner menu using a variety of naturally-pink ingredients which are also lauded for their cancer-fighting properties.
Chef Kathy will begin by teaching you how to use a mandolin to make beet carpaccio with walnuts, feta, basil, and pomegranate balsamic. Then, you'll learn to make kale pesto for your sautéed wild salmon entrée sided by turmeric-seasoned lentils and seasonal vegetables before ending with a bittersweet chocolate lava cake with fresh whipped cream and berries for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
