Cooking Class - Classics of a Roman Café

Join Chef Madeline and learn how to make classic Roman pasta from scratch.

Take in the sights and smells of the Campo de' Fiori in Rome without leaving Nashville and under the culinary guidance of Chef Madeline.

First, learn how to bake fresh focaccia with garlic, herbs and olive oil, then mix and roll out velvety pasta dough for five cheese ravioli bathed in marinara sauce with tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, basil and wine. This traditional café meal wouldn't be complete without classic tiramisu, the impressive arrangement of lady fingers, mascarpone cheese and espresso.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Madeline is a great host and a wonderful chef. Her class was so much fun. Her honey glazed roast pork and tiramisu topped with chocolate flakes are delicious. I learned how to make a dish called onigiri. It's made to be shaped to any form you want which can make it fun!
