WHAT YOU’LL DO
For your first course, you'll make incredibly creamy grits mixed with cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms and ham, and topped with sautéed shrimp. Another Southern classic is up next: crispy fried chicken on top of warm, crunchy waffles. While dessert is not a common occurrence at breakfast, this is brunch, so bring it on! Learn Chef Kaia's secrets for a luscious chocolate cobbler.
