Learn how to prepare a day's worth of fuel, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert.
In this hands-on class with Chef Tai, you will learn how to prepare an entire's day's worth of fueling meals from breakfast to dessert using fresh, high-quality ingredients and easy-to-master recipes and cooking techniques.
Chef Tai will begin by discussing healthy eating practices, including proper portioning, planning a well-balanced meal, healthy alternatives for dietary restrictions, and more. Then, you will move onto preparing recipes like homemade granola studded with almonds and dried cherries, smoked salmon and avocado toast, a creamy coconut daal, and chocolate buddha bark for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Great experience with Chef Tai. Lots of knowledge about cooking and baking, and very friendly and enthusiastic. My favorite was the Perfect Avocado Toast, and it was perfect. Beautiful presentation and full of flavors and textures. The crunch of the toasted bread, the creamy avocado, the salt of the salmon, the tang of the mustard oil on the greens, the flavor and color of the radish ... Everything went together for a terrific dish!
