High-class with all the trimmings, this meal conjures the nostalgic glamor of an American original.

In this class, Chef Laura will honor the steakhouse in its heyday, where diners went to be seen and the food was often a spectacle to behold.

Chef Laura will be your culinary guide as you work with puff pastry to construct the emblematic crab puff, followed by layering a sophisticated green salad topped with pistachios and a spicy Tabasco dressing. You will also learn how to cook a steak to order and serve alongside a medley of savory vegetables. For dessert, discover how to make an elegant bourbon chocolate cake.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
