Learn how to prepare fresh and simple dishes derived fro Florida’s varied cultural influences and cuisines.

Chef Laura has prepared a seafood-forward menu showcasing Florida's unique fusion cuisine with a particular nod to Puerto Rico, and techniques specific to cooking with shellfish and ocean fish.

This class features a fish soup and particulars of making a fish fumé, or stock, as your base. Next, you'll learn all about the practice of "cooking" with acid in a refreshing shellfish ceviche, followed by preparing a satisfying and crowd-pleasing paella. For dessert, discover the tricks to making a perfectly gooey chocolate lava cake.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
