Enjoy a Southern menu full of intense flavor in this exciting and informative class with Chef Brett. Not only will you discover how to prepare classic Southern dishes, but also how to pepper in spices and extra ingredients to make them with Cajun inspiration. Some of the dishes you'll make from scratch include classic gumbo and jambalaya, fried chicken, and banana pudding with a creamy twist!

Chef Brett has a great knowledge of southern flavors and comfort food! I enjoyed hearing about both his local cooking experience as well as his time spent in the islands. I loved the made from scratch watermelon bbq sauce he made to go with the smoked beef ribs, and the homemade marina to go with the freshly made and "toasted" ravioli was delicious. The best was the jambalaya with its smoky Andouille sausage and the kick from the poblano peppers. Nom nom!
