In this hands-on class with Chef Christopher, you'll learn how to prepare an exquisitely gourmet French-inspired feast beginning with a selection of small bites.
After the amuse-bouche, Chef Christopher will teach you how to prepare a tarte flambée with Gruyére cheese, caramelized onion, apples and prosciutto, as well as a poached pear and endive salad showcasing an incredible depth of flavor. You can also look forward to learning the process of sous vide, different wine reductions, plating techniques and the art of crêpe making.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
