Join Chef Adam as you travel through the beautiful flavors of Greek-inspired cuisine from appetizer to dessert.

In this class, you will prepare traditional dishes inspired by the Greeks who utilize Mediterranean ingredients to their full advantage. Begin rolling rice in grape leaves to create classic dolmas, then prepare gyro bites from scratch using high-quality ingredients. Discover how to make authentic moussaka using ground lamb, eggplant, tomatoes, cheese, and new-found cooking techniques. End the class with phyllo dough, chopped nuts and honey to make the perfect baklava.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
