Chef Kristopher will draw upon his incredible culinary expertise to provide you with a true lesson in vegan cuisine.
In this class, Chef Kristopher will show you how to incorporate protein substitutions into any dish — and you won't miss the meat! Begin with a fresh garden salad peppered with legumes and seeds, then learn how to make nut-based yogurt and cheese substitutes from scratch. Your main course features BBQ jackfruit, pole beans, garlic and fresh herbs. End the class with seasonal fruit parfait and new-found vegan-cooking skills.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Kris's food is bright, fresh and well balanced. The dishes are sure to impress while being approachable for any level of cook. His sense of humor and knowledge rounds out this fun, and informative, class.
Chef Kristopher is an accomplished chef with a great deal of culinary experience, having worked in two Michelin star restaurants, including one in Paris. His background also includes working under four James Beard-nominated chefs, running some of the busiest restaurants in Downtown Boise, and founding a collaborative culinary network that connects local chefs, brewers, wine makers and farmers. Trained in many cuisines, Chef Kristopher is eager to share his passion for incredible food!
