Chef Andie will teach you an array of new culinary skills and tips using whole, fresh and local ingredients.
Seafood and creamy textures are the main themes of this hands-on class. First, whip up butter from scratch and serve it with crackers and mascarpone. Next, discover how to combine complimentary ingredients for a savory corn and seafood chowder, then learn the art of mixing, forming and cooking the perfect crab cake, complete with crisp citrus flavor, sweet and savory caramelized onions, and velvety tarragon aioli. Finish with succulent peaches and decadent bourbon cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
