Cooking Class - Italian Countryside Fare
In this hands-on class with Chef Greg, you will learn how to prepare a menu featuring fare hailing straight from the Italian countryside using fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional Italian cooking techniques.
Chef Greg will begin the class by sharing tips and tricks to building layers upon layers of flavor in a pan-grilled vegetable lasagna with an Italian cheese blend. Then, you will learn how to prepare a sultry and succulent ragu sauce using beef, pork, and Italian red wine before ending with an almond torte for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
