Best date night we've had in a long time! We loved the location as it seemed more like home and was private just to our group. The recipes were easy to follow and recipes we'd use at home with our family. Chef Courtney was very thoughtful in all of the ingredients in that most households would utilize or have easy access to in any grocery store. Courtney was very personable, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable. She was also very knowledgeable and taught us new cooking techniques. We have taken other cooking classes in the twin cities and was very impressed by this experience! We recommend taking a class from Chef Courtney! You will not be disappointed! We are excited to book our night date night with her!

Courtney's creativity turns something ordinary into something unique. She made fried chicken with plum sauce, peaches and cream trifle with cornbread, and a veggie omelet that played on the fun of having breakfast for dinner. The space was large and open between the kitchen and dining area, making for easy socialization. It was a great time learning from her.
