Chef Derek is a knowledgable chef with good communications skills. Best at creating very interesting fusion dishes from a West African influence in a unassuming way, Chef Derek communicates well and throughout the process of cooking, offering insights into very interesting weeknight meal ideals. His Akara delivers such a strong but manageable spice delivered with a textured and substantive dipping sauce. This dish will be a party hit.
