We had an incredible experience with Chef Christian from the very first exchange. He communicated clearly and punctually. The menu was decided easily with his guidance. We booked him for New Year's eve and we could have not asked for a better night. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. We had charred homemade Caesar Salad, Italian Appetizer Board, Lobster Cacio e Pepe Pasta and Turtle Pecan Cheesecake; it was delicious. He even gave us a bottle of our favourite wine. Chef Christian and his partner were attentive, personal and professional. It was a perfect night. I would highly recommend Chef Christian and I hope to use him again.

Buddy was an awesome addition to my bachelor party weekend. I would book him again in an instant. If you hire him do not miss his dirty rice egg rolls or his jalapeno cheddar dip.
