In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Dee teaches you a selection of iconic brunch dishes while practicing essential cooking techniques. You will learn to craft light, flaky pastry crust in addition to creating a luscious fruit sauce while balancing the flavors of sweet and savory ingredients.
Begin with a rich salmon and asparagus frittata followed by cinnamon-flavored French toast perfectly paired with a tart yet fruity rhubarb compote. Then, mix up a bright salad with fresh berries and buttery goat cheese, before crafting a chocolate tart for a sweet, decadent finish.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Dee boasts over a dozen years of experience of culinary excellence in both hospitality and culinary arts. She is currently based out of Louisiana where she provides world-class meal prepping services to her clients and she’s an expert in Italian and Spanish flavors. Chef Dee is passionate about providing excellent and creative food, crafting unique recipes and making the kitchen less intimidating for everyone.
