Cooking Class - Sweet and Savory Brunch
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Dee teaches you a selection of iconic brunch dishes while practicing essential cooking techniques. You will learn to craft light, flaky pastry crust in addition to creating a luscious fruit sauce while balancing the flavors of sweet and savory ingredients.
Begin with a rich salmon and asparagus frittata followed by cinnamon-flavored French toast perfectly paired with a tart yet fruity rhubarb compote. Then, mix up a bright salad with fresh berries and buttery goat cheese, before crafting a chocolate tart for a sweet, decadent finish.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
