Learn how you can use your oven to make simple, healthy, and mostly hands-off meals.

In this hands-on class with Chef Jalenia, you will discover tips and tricks to preparing a simple, delicious, and nutritious three-course dinner menu by calling on your oven to do most of the heavy lifting.

Chef Jalenia will begin by teaching you a relatively hands-off technique that yields a wonderfully succulent, flaky fish infused with layers of fresh, herbaceous flavors. You will also learn how to make your wild rice pilaf in the oven! For dessert, you can look forward to learning Chef Jalenia's tasty twist on a fruit parfait.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The best things come in small packages, and Chef Jalenia is no exception. Her positive energy is infectious making for a great learning environment in a very spacious kitchen where she can be seen deftly moving from station to station without missing a beat. The highlight of the menu is the baked fish entree. It was as moist & delicious as it was aromatic & balanced - couldn't wait to try this dish.
