Join Chef Kim for an incredible adventure through Caribbean cuisine with a fun twist!
In this Caribbean fusion class with Chef Kim, you will learn how to blend island flavors with a mix of West Indian, Asian and Italian ingredients.
This hands-on, three-course class begins with homemade tostones topped with pickled shrimp and refreshing cucumber that add West Indian flair, followed by the star of the show: chicken studded with guava and miso flavor for an Asian kick. Fuse Italian and Caribbean flavors for dessert with coconut biscotti with tangy pineapple.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Kim has more than 10 years of culinary experience and has completed two degree programs: one in culinary arts and restaurant management, and a second in hospitality management. During her schooling, she also studied in Paris, France as part of a student exchange program. Now, Chef Kim is an active member of the American Culinary Federation, and specializes in culinary classes teaching Caribbean fusion cuisine as well as several other international cuisines.
