In this hands-on class with Chef Anthony, you will learn how to prepare a four-course steakhouse-style surf and turf menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and cooking techniques that translate across any and all cuisines.
After the salad course, you can look forward to learning how to prepare an impressive pork belly and pan-seared scallop appetizer complete with grilled pineapple. For your entree, you will have the choice of citrusy salmon with lemon butter or a New York strip steak with sautéed mushrooms and homemade green peppercorn sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
