Cooking Class - Healthy Thai Cooking
In this hands-on class with Chef Meg, you will learn how to prepare a healthy four-course Thai menu using a variety of spices, vegetables, and meats to create those unique, exotic, and tropical Thai flavor profiles.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a Thai chopped salad with a strong showing of fresh herbs, pan-fried rice noodles, sweet, savory, and zingy roasted chicken and scallions, and a creamy mango rice pudding with toasted coconut for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
