In this hands-on class with Chef Sally, you will learn how to prepare a delicious and nutritious four-course menu featuring Mediterranean-inspired flavor profiles, fresh, high-quality ingredients, and healthy cooking techniques.
After beginning with a light salad showcasing a crisp vinaigrette and perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg, you'll learn how to make a versatile za'atar seasoning and simple tahini dressing. For the main event, Chef Sally will teach you how to properly sear salmon and prepare a punchy lemon caper salsa before ending with a luscious coconut milk panna cotta.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
