WHAT YOU’LL DO

Get ready to be dazzled by this menu of extravagant sushi and luxurious Japanese delicacies.
In this hands-on sushi-making experience with Chef Michael, you will learn how to prepare an extravagant Japanese menu using the highest quality ingredients and traditional techniques.

Chef Michael will begin by teaching the basics, such as where to source the highest quality seafood, safe handling, knife skills, and proper rice preparation and rolling techniques. Then, Chef Michael will show you how to take these fundamentals and transform them into a truly luxurious sushi menu showcasing dishes like salmon miso soup, seafood avocado salad, an a spectacular array of maki.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
