In this hands-on class with Chef Lenny, you will learn how to prepare a naturally healthy and satisfying four-course vegetarian menu that harnesses the sun-soaked beauty of a bright day.
After beginning with a punchy lentil salad, Chef Lenny will share with you the secret to brewing a perfectly cooked pot of risotto. Then, you'll learn how to make a coconut peanut sauce with abilities to dress up any vegetable to be the belle of the ball. Lastly, you'll end on a sweet note with a homemade peach crumble.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
