Cooking Class - Traditional But Simple French Fare
In this hands-on class with Chef Lenny, you'll learn how to prepare a four-course French menu emphasizing simple combinations that have the ability to enhance the beauty and natural flavors of basic ingredients.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class include a homemade maple-bacon vinaigrette to dress up any salad, a mushroom and onion cassoulet that is deep and rich, silky, hearty, and crunchy all at once, and a roasted cod entrée with spinach, raisins, and pine nuts. For dessert, a classic crème brûlée.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
