Chef Jamie is ready to take you on a culinary adventure through the streets of New Orleans!
In this hands-on class, you will be preparing dishes that are all about New Orleans. This great city is home to incredible food inspiration, with flavors and ingredients that are certainly one of a kind. Learn how to prepare three courses from scratch, including classic Cajun-inspired blackened catfish with crawfish sauce and jasmine rice, and banana pudding. There is much to explore and your taste buds will be singing!
