Cooking Class - Homemade Italian American Dinner

Join Chef Jason in learning how to prepare beautiful Italian-American fare at home!

In this hands-on class with Chef Jason, you'll learn how to prepare a three-course Italian-American dinner perfect for a weeknight meal or weekend dinner party.

You'll begin by building a brushetta appetizer using fresh plum tomatoes, basil, and balsamic vinegar. Then, Chef Jason will teach you how to properly sauté a chicken breast without letting it lose its tender, juicy qualities as the centerpiece of your chicken piccata entrée. You will also learn how to create a lemon and white wine sauce from scratch as well as homemade pasta!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The space of this venue is incredible. A lot of natural light and space is available in this professional kitchen set up. Chef Jason, has great experience and is willing to give one on one help to make sure students understand what he is teaching. After graduating from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, Chef Jason continued his education to become a Certified Dietary Manager. For the past five years, Chef Jason has been the Executive Chef and Dietary Manager of a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Mesa, Arizona. Chef Jason is also passionate about using his education and experience to empower others to become confident in the kitchen via cooking classes!
