Learn how to make a classic chocolate bar from scratch in this cooking class.

In this cooking class, you’ll learn the basics of tempering milk and white chocolate to create a smooth texture and glossy finish. You’ll then build your own classic chocolate bar with crunchy roasted nuts and sweet dried fruit.

 

As you work with melted chocolate, you’ll practice balancing flavors and textures while picking up simple techniques you can recreate at home. This class is hands-on, creative and deliciously fun, with the hardest part being resisting a quick bite before you finish. Book your spot today!
