Cooking Class - American Steakhouse Favorites

Learn the skills needed to recreate the classic American steakhouse dining experience at home.

In this hands-on class with Chef Jason, you'll learn how to prepare a three-course meal to the same degree and precision you would typically only be able to find in a classic American steakhouse.

After creating a fresh garden salad with a homemade raspberry balsamic vinaigrette, Chef Jason will share with you his secret steak seasoning recipe as well as the secret to searing your steak to perfection. You will also learn how to make your own herb butter and brandy sauce before ending with a classic crème brûlée.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The space of this venue is incredible. A lot of natural light and space is available in this professional kitchen set up. Chef Jason, has great experience and is willing to give one on one help to make sure students understand what he is teaching.
