In this hands-on class with Chef Christopher, you will learn the skills and techniques needed to prepare a sophisticated four-course menu of classic Parisian bistro fare.
Some of the techniques Chef Christopher will teach on include how to make a vinaigrette, the secrets to poaching eggs to perfection, and how to properly roast seafood. Armed with these skills, you will bring to life classic Parisian bistro dishes, including escargots à la bourguignonne, coquilles St.-Jacques taken up a notch with truffled crème and celeriac remoulade, and a caramel apple tarte tatin.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
