Tour Tuscany's culinary landscape from the city of Florence to the rolling hills of Maremma.
In this hands-on class with Chef Matthew, you will get acquainted with three traditional and rustically refined Tuscan dishes as you learn how to prepare them and discover the unique stories behind their creation.
Chef Matthew will begin by teaching you how to handcraft your own ribbons of tagliatelle completely from scratch. You will also learn the secrets to preparing a vibrant Italian gremolata that adds an enormous punch of flavor to the delicate, mild branzino fish as well as how to bake a traditional Florentine celebration cake.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef never showed up!!!
Growing up in a small farming community, Chef Matthew’s passion for cooking was inspired by his family’s love of cooking with ingredients fresh from their farm. Chef Matthew went on to graduate from the Culinary Institute of America and then earn a degree from the International Sommelier Guild. He has since gained more than 20 years of culinary experience at home and abroad while living in Russia and traveling through Europe.
