In this hands-on class with Chef Kene, you'll learn the basics of handcrafting homemade pasta beginning with preparing the dough and ending with plating techniques that create a feast for the eyes and the taste buds.
Chef Kene will begin by teaching you step by step how to make a creamy, dreamy homemade pasta dish showcasing fresh ribbons of fettuccine and a savory mushroom sauce flacked with fresh Italian herbs. You can also look forward to whipping up a classic Italian dessert for a bittersweet end to the class.

What an amazing experience cooking with Chef Kene. Chef Kene was so nice and really walked us through each step while cooking. All the food that we made tasted so fresh and I can’t wait to make these dishes for my friends and family and impress them.
