Social Distancing Friendly Get ready to discover a Mexican cantina-style menu that will leave your taste buds rapt.
In this hands-on class with Chef Na'Tori, you will learn how to prepare a three-course Mexican menu that creatively showcases those familiar Mexican flavors you already know and love.
Chef Na'Tori will begin by teaching you how to create what is slated to be your new favorite recipe for guacamole. Then, you will learn how to harness the beautiful flavor of the hatch chile in savory vegetable enchiladas topped with fresh mango salsa. Lastly, you will craft classic cinnamon churros with both a homemade chocolate sauce and rum caramel.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Na’Tori has been working and cooking professionally in many a renowned restaurant and bakery kitchen for the past five years. Chef Na’Tori began her foray into the culinary world honing her skills at a French restaurant. From there, she found herself mastering pastry in one of the most popular cupcake bakeries in the country before moving on to work in a from-scratch kitchen furthering her culinary knowledge and skill.
