Learn to make a unique and delicious pizza from scratch with Chef Danielle.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Danielle will teach you how to craft the perfect pizza, from making a stretchy dough and a flavorful sauce, to techniques for properly baking the pizza.

Begin by assembling a fresh caprese salad with roasted tomato. Next, start building a blue cheese and apple pizza, beginning with the homemade pizza dough and a savory sauce of tomatoes, garlic, and basil. Next, top your pizza with apple slices, blue cheese crumbles and caramelized onions and then proceed to bake it. For dessert, enjoy a true Italian favorite: Creamy zeppole pastries.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Talented, skilled personal chef, who knows her way around a kitchen. We had such a great time learning to make pizza dough, zeppole and caprese salad! My 12 year old thinks this is the best pizza he has ever had. Chef Danielle is sweet, funny and provides an amazing personalized experience. We highly recommend her and will have another class with her soon!
