In this hands-on class with Chef Monique, you will learn some of the tips, tricks, and techniques to making three plant-based Paleo-friendly dishes that are sure to be crowd pleasers.

Chef Monique will begin by sharing the secrets to creating a silky smooth and insanely flavored roasted mushroom dip appetizer. For your entree, you will learn how to make a vegan alfredo sauce to drape over handmade zucchini noodles. For dessert, you will learn how to bake almond flour banana zucchini muffins studded with fresh blueberries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Monique is awesome. The class was very relaxed and informative at the same time, and the dishes were hearty and full of flavor while remaining approachable. it was great hearing Monique explain some of the history behind each dish too. I had as much fun in conversation with Monique as I did eating and learning how to make her delicious menu - definitely recommend!
