In this hands-on class with Chef Erica, you will learn how to prepare a meal reminiscent of Chef Erica's time spent near Bordeaux, France, which was nourishing both physically and inspirationally.
Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering on Chef Erica's rustic French country menu include a tender chicken bathed in a light, white wine cream sauce studded with mushrooms and a fluffy, buttery rice infused with a bounty of fresh herbs. Also, prepare yourself for a seemingly simple dish of peas popping with sweetness and a bursts of bright basil.

Chef Erica's braised wagyu beef short ribs melted in my mouth. They were SO GOOD!! She was an absolute joy to be around and provided a great experience!

Erica is a master among personal chefs. My finer half and I were lucky enough to experience an evening of Erica's culinary wizardry and personal attention. In our kitchen, she crafted gourmet grilled cheese with scallions and Dijon mustard, paired with kale / potato soup that we still reminisce about -- months later! Erica planned the meal with full attention to my fiancée's dietary restrictions and left our kitchen cleaner than she found it. If you want to be pampered by a professional personal chef, Erica is your woman. She'll make it memorable. :)

Chef Erica prepared two weeks' worth of dinners for our family of three (two adults and one young toddler). The food was delicious and perfectly seasoned, and everything was labeled well with clear instructions for heating and serving. Normally I am so stressed to leave work early enough to pick up my daughter from daycare and then rush home in traffic to get dinner started. Knowing that dinner was already made and just need to be reheated took SO much pressure off. I am so glad we found Erica!

Chef Erica has curated an impressive culinary resume over the years, which includes a diploma in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu and extensive experience working in food consultation, kitchen management, quality control, recipe development, menu design, and food technology. Chef Erica is also an accomplished small business owner and has traveled the world honing her culinary prowess in London, Australia, and California.
