Get ready to inherit some authentic Italian recipes that have been passed down for generations.
In this hands-on class with Chef Alexandre — a European chef with deep Italian roots — you will learn how to prepare a four-course Italian menu featuring recipes straight from the secret family recipe book.
After building an ethereal bruschetta and caprese salad, Chef Alexandre will then share with you the secrets to a beautifully briny and brothy spaghetti vongole, and a bright and light yet intensely flavored pollo al limone. For dessert, you will end by learning how to craft a traditional tiramisu like a true Italian.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Alexandre is all about hospitality. He was warm, friendly, and made us feel at home. Chef has cooked in many different countries and his food is world class! Every dish was like an elegant classic straight out of a fine dining restaurant. But by the end, I wasn't intimidated to make the dish on my own. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Chef Alexandre and I hope to do it again!
Meet your chef
Chef Alexandre has nearly 20 years of experience in concocting outstanding gastronomic creations in leading restaurants across the country. Chef Alexandre has also picked up a number of awards and acclamations along the way, including most recently being named the Presentation Prize Winner of the Truffle Masters Competition. He was also picked as the People’s Choice Award First Runner Up at the Epicurean Project showcase in Houston.
