In this hands-on class with Chef Andrew, you will have the freedom to enjoy completely fresh, seasonal fare after learning how to make as homemade soup, from-scratch pasta and a refreshing dessert to round out the meal.
Chef Andrew will provide suggestions, but the choices are limitless! No matter what you choose, Chef Andrew will teach you how to make everything from scratch. The two prearranged items on the menu is a creamy pasta carbonara, and a dessert of blood orange and ginger sorbet offering bold beauty and flavor to boot.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
