In this hands-on class with Chef Rosemary, you will learn the skills, methodology, and timeless techniques needed to prepare a luxuriously gourmet four-course Parisian feast.
Chef Rosemary will begin by coaxing out your gastronomic genius as you learn how to master some classic French cooking methods, including sous vide, pâte à choux pastry, and mother sauces. Then, some of the recipes you can look forward to creating using your new skills include coquilles St.-Jacques, gnocchi Parisienne, and vanilla ice cream-filled profiteroles drizzled with salted dark chocolate.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Rosemary was delightful! The food was excellent and her calm, clear instruction made it easy to follow along for any skill level. It was a fun and relaxing experience. The stories about her time being trained in France are worth asking about! Can't wait to make some of these dishes again at home :)
